REMOVE CLUTTER and pets
- clean countertops
- empty sinks
- towels hidden
- utensils hidden
- animal food/water bowls/bags
- pets temporarily removed
- trash cans
- bathroom hygiene products
REMOVE PERSONAL ITEMS
- family photos
- fridge magnets
- small items from dressers, etc
CLEAN FLOORS
- hide rugs/floor mats/door mats
- SWEEP/MOP all floors
- vacuum carpet
EXTERIOR MAINTENANCE
- landscaping/lawns
- clean pool and remove snake
- remove all cars
- sweep patios of leaves and debris
- remove signage
- hide trash cans
- organize/clean exterior furniture
